Something is fishy between International Agencies: While the United Nations, through UNICEF, promotes registering every child’s birth, The Hague Convention on Intercountry Adoption REQUIRES a ‘new’ (amended and false) Live Birth Certificate for every child who is adopted. Why the contradiction in legal policy, especially coming from The Hague, in The Netherlands, a country that has never had sealed nor falsified birth certificates?
